Outbound Sales Ambassador

What are we looking for? (Job Overview)
We are looking for an Outbound Sales Ambassador, who is responsible for establishing outbound customer contacts to promote and sell CAFU products and services. He/She will contribute to CAFU growth by generating leads and sales and maintaining healthy relations with existing and potential customers.
He/She also plays an essential role in identifying what customers want while providing excellent, professional customer service.

- Contact potential or existing customers to sell and create interest in CAFU services.
- Initiate welcome calls for new users to educate them about CAFU services, create a positive first experience, answer all their queries and questions, and ensure a proper and smooth onboarding
- Build relationships with customers and help them with answers to their questions and needs.
- Identify and build customer referrals database.
- Conduct customer surveys to collect data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify new market opportunities and factors affecting consumer buying decisions
- Reach out for churned, dormant, or unsatisfied customers to handle their concerns and escalating issues as needed while ensuring all efforts are made to retain them.
- Report and share customer feedback and suggestions with relevant teams to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist and support sales, marketing, product, operations, or other departments in ad-hoc business requests.
- Maintain up to date and accurate customer records and reports.
- Report daily sales goals to regional office
What skills should you showcase (Skills/Competencies)
- Previous working experience as an Outbound Sales for 2 years
- Arabic & English fluency (written as well as spoken) is a must
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working with aggressive targets
- Positive attitude with a proven ability to work well with teams.
- Sense of ownership and a strong desire to help people improve customer experience
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and prioritize work
- Knowledge of ticketing software solutions is preferred
